本中心於110年度新特聘副研究員Dr. Kevin Henry Reyes Villanueva，聘期為2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日。

Dr. Kevin Henry Reyes Villanueva為菲律賓大學國際政治學系副教授 (Associate Professor of International Relations, University of the Philippines)。

Dr. Kevin 於菲律賓馬尼拉雅典耀大學(Ateneo de Manila University)人文學系畢業後，前往歐洲的西班牙薩拉曼卡大學（Universidad de Salamanca）從事拉丁美洲相關研究，隨後至巴黎高等政治學院（Sciences Po Paris）完成政治學相關的學士後研究，接著從著名的倫敦政治經濟學院（the London School of Economics and Political Science）獲得了國際關係碩士學位，而後於英國利茲大學（University of Leeds）攻讀國際政治學，並取得了博士學位。

Dr. Kevin 擅長的領域為國際關係、人權、批判性話語分析、全球治理、東南亞洲國家、政治與後殖民理論、國際研究與政治、東南亞國家協會(ASEAN)人權機構相關研究，本中心期待與Dr. Kevin有更多教育及學術上的合作！
