With the goal of implementing safety-, nutrition- & health-oriented school lunch, the establishment of “Promotion office for school lunch project” by the Education Administration was inaugurated

In order to implement the “Five-point Food Safety Policy” proposed by the Executive Yuan, the Ministry of Education has promoted the strengthening of school lunch safety management, improved the balanced nutritional function of school lunch, and the development of healthy diet education for students.

The Education Administration, the Ministry of Education (MOE), Republic of China (Taiwan), had appointed National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) to set up “Promotion office for school lunch project”, which was unveiled by Chien-kuo Chiu (邱乾國), the Director-General of the Education Administration, and Fuh-Sheng Shieu (薛富盛), the President of National Chung Hsing University. The unveiling ceremony symbolizes a new epoch in the overall promotion of school lunches .....
